Provide customer service to clients, employees, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.;
Monitor access points and visitor flow, verify identification and/or authorization as required, and coordinate with site personnel regarding entry protocols.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and communicating updates to appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Complete required logs, reports, and shift documentation, and support security-related operations such as key control, property checks, and/or contractor escorts as assigned.
