Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and report updates to site contacts;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, classrooms, common areas, parking lots and perimeter areas;
Monitor access points, check identification/visitor credentials and report suspicious activity;
Complete patrol logs, incident reports and other documentation and use radios to coordinate response
