Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a technology and communications workplace.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter routes, with working environments and conditions that may vary by location.;
Monitor access points, observe employee and visitor activity, and assist with badge and guest verification processes in accordance with site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through Allied Universal reporting channels and site leadership as needed.;
Complete routine reports, document unusual activity, and communicate observations to Allied Universal management and site contacts to help support security-related operations.
