Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting clinical staff, site leadership, and/or public responders as directed by post orders.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of hospital grounds, parking areas, and building perimeters, monitoring for unauthorized access, suspicious activity, and/or hazards to operations.;
Control access at designated entry points by observing visitor flow, assisting with directions, and documenting security-related activity in accordance with site procedures.;
Complete detailed reports on incidents, patrol observations, and/or medical campus events, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site representatives.
