Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and timely notification of site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including interior areas, entrances, corridors, and the perimeter as assigned.;
Monitor access points and visitor flow, helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or restricted area access in accordance with site policies.;
Complete routine reports and logs, document incidents and observations, and communicate noteworthy activity to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.
