Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed;
Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing visitors and contractors according to site procedures;
Monitor authorized access and egress, maintain access logs and/or reports, and communicate concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and documenting events per policy;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity
