• Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Enforce rules, regulations, and policies to ensure the safety of employees and visitors
• Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and appropriately
• Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and write detailed reports
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

• Must have a valid security license or certificate
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of security procedures and protocols
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Basic computer skills for operating surveillance systems

• Proficient in conflict management techniques to handle difficult situations effectively
• Familiarity with CCTV systems for monitoring and surveillance purposes
• Knowledge of loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property
• CPR and first aid certification is a plus
