We are looking for an experienced security officer to provide professional, reliable, and effective event security services for high-profile gatherings in Brentwood, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.

We are seeking professional, well-groomed, and physical fit security guards to provide safety and security services at high-profile events in Brentwood, CA
. As an Event Security Guard
, you will be responsible for maintaining order, ensuring guest safety, and upholding a secure environment at special events, corporate gatherings, and private functions
.

This is a high-visibility position that requires excellent communication, strong situational awareness, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Guest & Crowd Management:
  -Monitor event entrances/exits and verify guest access.
  -Assist in controlling large crowds and ensuring orderly conduct.
  -Provide exceptional customer service while enforcing security protocols.

• Safety & Security Enforcement:
  -Conduct routine patrols of the event area to ensure security.
  -Monitor for suspicious activity and intervene when necessary.
  -Enforce venue rules, remove disruptive individuals, and prevent unauthorized access.

• Incident Response & Reporting:
  -Respond promptly to security incidents or disturbances.
  -De-escalate conflict sand resolve disputes professionally.
  -Write clear, detailed incident reports when required.

• Guard Card: Must possess or be able to obtain a California Guard Card
• Education: High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
• Experience: Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old
• Transportation: Reliable means of transport to and from event locations
