Security Officer - Entry Monitor

Position: Security Officer - Full-Time Entry Monitor
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a tech and media location;
Manage access control at entrances and designated access points by checking identification, verifying authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing arrivals to the proper areas;
Monitor and document visitor, vendor, and employee traffic, maintain accurate logs and incident reports, and communicate updates to site contacts as needed;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support, notification of appropriate personnel, and coordination with public emergency services when required;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, identify irregular conditions, and report maintenance and/or security-related concerns
