Security Guard - Hotel Property Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout hotel and resort areas including lobbies, hallways, amenities, back-of-house spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter;
Monitor access points and observe guest areas for unusual activity, helping to deter policy violations and/or unauthorized access; document observations according to site requirements;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with disturbances, medical calls, and/or fire and alarm activations, and notifying the appropriate parties;
Complete detailed reports on patrols, incidents, and guest or staff interactions, and communicate security-related information to supervisors and/or location management as needed
