Inter‑Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to provide security services at client sites. The position involves guarding critical assets in indoor and outdoor settings, standing and walking for extended periods, and operating on a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as directed.

• 1 year of armed commercial security experience, OR
• 5 years of unarmed commercial security experience, OR
• 3+ years of active military service at E4 rank or higher with an honorable discharge (all military service must end with an honorable discharge), OR
• 1 year or more in law enforcement or military police, excluding any academy training.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (must be obtained in the U.S. or have U.S. equivalency), OR
• Associate’s degree in criminal justice plus one year of commercial security experience.

• Job operates on client sites which could be indoors or outdoors.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking in the performance of daily security activities.
• Open availability for nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as directed.
• Work various shifts and holidays as assigned.
• Must maintain flexibility regarding job assignments and locations.
