Part-Time Responsibilities:

Monitor premises to prevent theft, intrusions, or safety hazards

Patrol assigned areas on foot Provide access control and visitor management

Maintain detailed reports of daily activities and incidents

Respond to emergencies and incidents professionally and calmly

Interact with studio staff, vendors, and guests in a respectful, professional manner

Requirements:

Valid California BSIS Guard Card (REQUIRED)
Prior security experience preferred, especially in commercial or high-profile settings

Excellent communication and observation skills

Professional demeanor and strong work ethic

Ability to stand/walk for extended periods

Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Flexible availability a plus (including weekends and evenings)
