Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and following security-related protocols appropriate for a financial institution location;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and documenting relevant details;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, office areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report discrepancies, maintenance issues, and/or suspicious behavior;
Support emergency response activities according to post orders, including assisting with evacuations, access control measures, and communication with site contacts and/or first responders
