Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer, temporary.

As a Security Officer – Concierge you will focus heavily on customer service while working across all shifts in office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and more.

• Client-facing duties: welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
• Display command presence and professionalism

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer use
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and completion of 32‑hour BSIS security trainings (additional training available during hiring)
