WPG sources from a pool of 5,000 agents including former Secret Service, former military dignitary protection, and private sector alumni from Executive Security International and Executive Protection Institute.

WPG also has offices in New York City and Mexico City and is licensed to conduct business in New York, Washington, Arizona, Oklahoma, and California. Over 30 resources worldwide are vetted to service clients globally.

Full‑Time Armed Security Supervisor (CA CCW) – Los Angeles, CA

Lead and supervise security operations for estate, corporate, and EP assignments. Ensure safety and protection of VIP clients, staff, and properties. Coordinate with team members to maintain the highest security standards. Act as a professional representative of our firm at all times.

• Current CA BSIS Guard Card
• BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit
• Pepper Spray Certification
• CPR, First Aid & AED Certification
• Excellent physical condition
• Pass an extensive background check and drug screening

• Prior Military or Law Enforcement experience
• FAA Remote Pilot License (UAS) is a plus
• California CCW is a plus

• Professional appearance (no visible tattoos)
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Ability to adapt to fast‑changing, high‑profile environments

• Must provide BSIS training certificates

The initial shift for specialized convoy/escort protective operation in Downtown Los Angeles is 2:00 PM–7:30 PM with an hourly rate of $23.00–$25.00.
