Armed Security Officer - Transit Zone Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government transportation location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public agency personnel as needed.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, platforms, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.;
Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify authorized entry when required, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site protocols.;
Support emergency and public assistance efforts by providing directions, relaying information, and assisting with evacuations, crowd management, and/or other security-related duties based on location needs.
