The Agent will provide close protection services for high-profile individuals, offering complete security services, ensuring physical safety and maintaining secure environments. Key responsibilities include planning and executing protective operations, conducting advance security preparations, and implementing security plans and protocols tailored to specific needs of each client. Agents will monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized access, respond to incidents, screen individuals and vehicles, and monitor surveillance system.

Meticulous documentation of activities and incidents and reporting safety or security concerns to supervisors is mandatory. Collaboration and frequent communication with team members is essential. Agents will maintain discretion and integrity at all times. This position may involve transport and/or travel.

CA CCW and CA Exposed Firearm permits are required.

• California Exposed Firearm Permit
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or law enforcement highly preferred
• Must live in the Los Angeles Area (No travel-in offered)
• Strong Physical Security skills, including patrolling, access control, and incident response
• Experience in close protection and risk assessment in high-stakes environments
• Skilled in surveillance, situational awareness, attention to detail and threat analysis
• Experience managing secure access for staff, visitors, and VIPs
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and coordination skills
• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic situations
• Physical fitness and ability to respond quickly to situations; ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency in detailed documentation and report writing
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Stellar Customer Service skills; ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and the public
• Must agree to a background check
• Must agree to a drug test

• Professional Driving Training preferred
• Law enforcement and/or military experience preferred
