Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production-related areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor entrances, exits, and/or other assigned access points, verify credentials when required, and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violations observed during the shift;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, document relevant details, and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed
