Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and help to verify authorized entry, visitor processing, and delivery activity in accordance with site protocols and post instructions;
Support daily operations by preparing incident reports, maintaining awareness of surroundings, and following Allied Universal standards for professionalism and reliability
