* Key Responsibilities:
Monitor site conditions to identify potential security concerns or safety hazards.
Respond promptly to alarms and notify the police or fire department in case of emergencies, such as fires or unauthorized access.
Verbally warn individuals of rule infractions and ensure compliance with property regulations.
Allow authorized personnel to enter the property and monitor access points to maintain security.
Monitor and enforce property removal policies to deter theft and unauthorized activities.
Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
Maintain a professional demeanor while assisting customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner.
Skills and
Qualifications:
Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred.
Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.

On Call/Part Time in covering shifts at different locations
Flexible schedule (swing and night shifts availability required)
Possess a valid California driver license and clean driving record
Enthused to counsel, train, and encourage others
Maintain a positive attitude through challenging situations
Communicate/document thoroughly, efficiently, professionally
Willingness to adapt to changing procedures and work environments
Deal with individuals cautiously and professionally
Follow instructions
Deal tactfully/diplomatically with clients, NGS management, and co-workers.
Adhere to and enforce policies and procedures
Take the initiative
Complete reports by documenting observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses when necessary
Maintains the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
