As a Security Officer Armed Roving Patrol in Los Angeles, CA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as financial institutions. In this role, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication.

Tuesday 08:45 AM – 05:45 PM, Wednesday 08:45 AM – 05:45 PM, Thursday 08:45 AM – 05:45 PM, Friday 08:45 AM – 05:45 PM, Saturday 08:45 AM – 04:45 PM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving skills, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the building, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and support visitor and delivery processing in accordance with location protocols and applicable post orders.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, inspect sensitive areas for unusual conditions, and report maintenance, life‑threatening, or security‑related concerns to the appropriate contact.

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED (as required by the client).
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Qualified applicants with criminal histories may be considered in compliance with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participation in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations may be required before employment.
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
