Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.;
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.;
Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.;
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs, communicating relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
