Part-Time

Schedules vary based on operational needs. Candidates must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Allstate Security is seeking dependable Flex Security Officers to provide coverage throughout the Los Angeles area . Flex Officers are responsible for filling open shifts, supporting multiple client locations, and responding to staffing needs as assigned.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting interior and exterior patrols
• Monitoring entrances and exits
• Providing a visible security presence
• Completing Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and Incident Reports
• Enforcing client policies and post orders
• Providing outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism
• Traveling between assigned client locations as needed

• Active BSIS Guard Card
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile reporting applications
• Previous security experience preferred
