We are seeking a Manager, Partnerships Operations to join Snap Inc!

• Content rights landscape, including music, for record labels, music publishers and Performing Rights Organizations
• Content ingestion practices (DDEX), digital supply chain operations, publishing clearance, and metadata management
• Compliance with reporting obligations, and other key provisions from complex licensing agreements
• Management of 3rd party service providers
• Content management system architecture and development
• Drive Automation & Operational Efficiency:
  Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes through automation and tooling. Partner with technical teams to implement solutions that improve accuracy and reduce turnaround times.
• Resolve Complex Partner Issues:
  Serve as a key escalation point for complex partner challenges, including revenue discrepancies, reporting issues, and product-related concerns. Investigate root causes and drive timely, effective resolutions.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
  Partner across Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal, to ensure alignment and operational readiness for new initiatives, product launches, and policy changes.

• Creative and innovative thinker with a proven track record for solving complex problems
• Team player who can work across multiple groups, including product, engineering, legal, and other XFN teams
• Bias for action in a lean work environment

• 9+ years working in global operations for a music-focused technology platform, digital music service or rights owner
• Positive relationships with major and independent music content owners
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

• Moderate proficiency in SQL
• Passionate about the business of music
