Security Officer Part Time Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.;
Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the property, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents according to site procedures.;
Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and property representatives.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
