Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escort requests, and report unauthorized access or suspicious behavior.;
Complete required reports, daily activity logs, and incident documentation accurately and promptly.
