Security Officer Train Station Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public at a government-related location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, public concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders according to established procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or policy violations.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials or authorization when required, and maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and daily activity records.;
Maintain a professional presence while supporting orderly operations and helping to deter unauthorized access or disruptive behavior.
