Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Concierge

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a public-facing government location;
Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting security-related issues to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout galleries, public areas, administrative spaces, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access, support visitor and staff directions, and follow established post orders and location policies;
Support daily operations by observing crowd activity, assisting with orderly movement of visitors, and communicating clearly with staff, first responders, and/or management during routine and unusual events
