Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to the appropriate staff;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, patient areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Assist patients, visitors, and staff with directions, entry procedures, and general questions while maintaining a professional presence;
Document observations, incidents, and/or policy-related issues accurately and communicate relevant updates to site leadership and Allied Universal management
