Security Officer Unarmed Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a luxury retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Monitor access points, sales floors, fitting rooms, stock areas, and surrounding premises for unusual activity, unauthorized entry, and potential policy violations.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the store, mall common areas, and exterior perimeter to help deter theft, trespassing, and other unwanted activity.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.;
Document observations, incidents, and daily activities accurately; communicate relevant information to site leadership, mall personnel, and Allied Universal management.
