Security Guard Part Time Reception Services

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients in a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.;
Staff the front desk and manage visitor access by greeting guests, verifying identification and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals to appropriate areas.;
Monitor access points, entry activity, and security-related systems, and report unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.;
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident documentation, and front-desk communications while providing professional assistance to building occupants and guests.
