Manage the exclusive entrance and conduct regular patrols of VIP Lounge and corridor and respond promptly to all security and safety-related calls;
Inspect guests for prohibited items using metal detectors or pat-down searches; enforce venue policies on photos/videos/recording devices;
Check identification for guests appearing under 30 who consume alcoholic beverages;
Investigate incidents and compile accurate reports;
Communicate clearly and remain in constant contact during shifts, including VIP arrivals/reservations
