As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge processes, monitor alarm panels, and support security-related operations through attentive customer service and clear communication.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and financial institution personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Serve as a professional front-desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying identification and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor lobby activity, entry points, alarms, cameras, and other assigned systems; report unusual activity, access concerns, and maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation and reporting procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while protecting confidential information and supporting a professional financial-services environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
