Security Officer Unarmed Highrise Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.;
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while maintaining a professional presence in a commercial real estate environment.
