Job Summary AX9 Security, Inc. Is seeking professional Security Officers to maintain a safe and secure environment at businesses, organizations, and residential properties. If you’re looking for a rewarding career in security, we invite you to apply!

Required Availability Weekend availability is required for this position. Candidates must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday on a consistent basis. Please do not apply if you are unable to consistently work both Saturday and Sunday. Weekend availability is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned:

Access Control:
Ensure safety protocols for guests and customers.

Policy Enforcement:
Uphold client and company policies and procedures.

Safety Monitoring:
Observe and report fire and safety hazards.

Patrols:
Conduct routine foot patrols around buildings and grounds.

Incident Reporting:
Communicate pertinent issues to the operations manager, clients, and other department managers.

Public Interaction:
Engage with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the public.

Report Writing:
Document incidents and observations accurately.

Additional Duties:
Carry out other assigned tasks as needed.

Candidates must:

Possess a current and active California BSIS Guard Card.

Have reliable transportation and the ability to report to the assigned Los Angeles work location consistently and on  available to work weekends, both Saturday and Sunday.

Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and dependability.

Present a professional, well-groomed appearance at all  able to wear and maintain the required AX9 Security Suit & Tie uniform in accordance with company and client  professional, articulate, courteous, and comfortable communicating with customers, client personnel, management, and members of the public.

Demonstrate good judgment, situational awareness, and the ability to maintain a professional security presence in a luxury retail  able to follow post orders, company policies, and client-specific procedures.

Maintain a customer-service-oriented approach while carrying out security responsibilities.

Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
