Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.;
Monitor access points and assist with directing visitors, providing information, and reporting access-control concerns to appropriate personnel.;
Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with site requirements.
