Position: Flex Security Officer

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

Position Type: Flex / As Needed

Schedule

OPEN AVAILABILITY REQUIRED

Shifts will vary based on operational and client coverage needs. Candidates must be available to work morning, afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts as needed.

Position Overview

Allstate Security is seeking dependable and professional Flex Security Officers to provide coverage at various client locations throughout the Los Angeles area. We are looking for officers who have open availability, are ready to work when called upon, and can be counted on to fill open shifts as coverage needs arise.

This position requires flexibility, reliability, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to different client sites and assignments. Flex Officers may be assigned to various locations and must be comfortable working different schedules based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide security coverage at various assigned client locations
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols as required
• Monitor and report suspicious activity, loitering, safety hazards, and policy violations
• Respond professionally to incidents and security concerns
• Prepare clear and accurate Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
• Maintain professional interactions with clients, employees, and the public
• Follow all site-specific post orders and company procedures
• Communicate with supervisors regarding incidents and operational concerns
• Be available to assist with open shifts and additional coverage as needed

Qualifications

• Open and flexible availability required
• Must be dependable and available to accept assignments as needed
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different client environments
• Previous security experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to remain alert and mobile throughout assigned shifts
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• $22.00/hour
