Armed Security Guard

Responsibilities

• Provide armed security presence to protect people, property, and assets at client sites
• Monitor access points, conduct patrols, and observe for suspicious activity or safety hazards
• Respond quickly and professionally to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
• Enforce site rules, security policies, and post orders with courtesy and firmness
• Prepare clear incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
• Operate security technology such as cameras, access control, and communication devices
• Coordinate with law enforcement, fire, or medical personnel when needed
• Deliver professional customer service and support to clients, staff, and visitors
• Follow all safety, weapons handling, and use-of-force policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing training, drills, and certifications to maintain readiness
