Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Risk Assessment in Los Angeles, CA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and colleagues while supporting a welcoming environment.

Day Time Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
What You’ll Do- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access to the property, observe for unusual conditions or potential hazards, and report security-related concerns to site leadership and/or appropriate personnel.
- Document daily activities, patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information during shift transitions.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
