** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or potential concerns.

+ Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed by site procedures, and assist with directing guests to appropriate locations.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.

+ Document daily activities, patrol findings, incidents, and maintenance-related observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

+ Loss prevention experience is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
