Downtown Los Angeles – Bunker Hill | Full-Time | $19–$20/hr

Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring a friendly, professional Security Officer for a luxury residential high-rise in the Bunker Hill / Downtown Los Angeles area (90012).

This is a great fit for someone who understands that great security starts with great customer service. You’ll be working with residents, guests, vendors, and property management while maintaining a sharp, visible security presence.

We’re looking for someone who is approachable, observant, well-spoken, and comfortable interacting with people throughout the shift.

Thursday–Monday 4:00 PM–12:00 AM Full-Time – 40 Hours

Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour

• Comfortable greeting and assisting residents and guests
• Able to stay calm and professional when handling difficult situations
• Comfortable with walking patrols and remaining active

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents and guests
• Maintain access control and monitor building activity
• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols
• Assist residents, visitors, vendors, and property management
• Monitor CCTV and report unusual activity
• Respond professionally to incidents and security concerns
• Complete clear and accurate daily activity reports
• Maintain a visible, helpful security presence

• Security experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable working in a luxury residential environment
• Reliable and able to work the full Thursday–Monday schedule
