Dinasty Security Inc. is hiring a part-time Security Supervisor to lead our swing operations across Los Angeles County.

You'll supervise guards in the field, oversee punctuality and performance, and serve as the bridge between officers and the Operations Manager. Ifyou'veled a team before and take pride in building one that wins, we want to hear from you.

  Thu-Fri 2PM-10:30PM & Sun-Mon 6AM-2:30PM

  Various client sites across Los Angeles County

• Reports To:
  
  Operations Manager

• Start:
  
  Immediate opening

• Communicate company policies and procedures to all subordinates

• Conduct uniform, equipment, punctuality, and performance inspections

• Conduct daily visits to client locations using the company vehicle

• Assist scheduling by filling open shifts — respondimmediatelyand coordinate coverage

• Assist upper management with investigations

• Lead training scenarios and situational exercises for guards

• Construct route plans and patrol plans for the field

• Assist with timesheets and verify patrol checkpoint completion

• Report to and communicate directly with the Operations Manager

• Maintain discipline, professionalism, respect, and responsibility at all times

• Perform other duties as assigned by upper management

• Valid California Guard Card(required)

• California Driver License with clean driving record(required)

• Must be 21 years or older

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Able to pass a pre-employment background check

• Able to lift 15–20 lbs. and stand for entirety of shift

• Must be bilingual— English/Spanish

• Demonstrated leadership— able to lead, mentor, and manage working relationships up and down the org

• Strong communication, surveillance, and reporting skills

• Team-building mindset— you build up your team, not just manage them

• Computer literate— comfortable with email, data entry, Google Sheets, digital patrol apps, uploading photos, and basic troubleshooting

• Supervising:at least 1year(required)

• Armed Security / Patrol:1 year (required)

• Customer Service: 2years—preferred

• Military background:3 years —preferred

• Education:
  
  High school or equivalent required;
  
  Associates degree —preferred

• Duty belt

• Handcuffs with holder

• Flashlight with holder

• Security badge

• Pepper spray with holder

• Black tactical boots
