As a Security Officer Driving Patrol in Los Angeles, CA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Front Desk Security Professional, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence at a residential community, supporting access control, visitor management, and clear communication with residents, guests, and staff. You will help maintain a secure environment through attentive monitoring and prompt response to security-related concerns. • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and staff at a multifamily residential location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access as directed, managing visitor sign-in processes, and directing guests to appropriate areas.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and/or other assigned systems, reporting suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, keys, packages, and other front desk records while communicating clearly with residents, property staff, and emergency responders as needed.

• Supervisory experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 5 years of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
