We are seeking motivated, professional, and customer-focused Security Officers to provide a safe and secure environment at a large corporate office campus in Woodland Hills. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of security and safety. This role is a great fit for someone in school or looking for a second job to supplement their income!

• Patrol assigned areas on foot and/or by vehicle to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets.
• Monitor building access points and verify credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, alarms, and requests for assistance.
• Complete detailed and accurate incident, activity, and shift reports.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees and visitors with directions, information, and general inquiries.
• Enforce site policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Observe and report suspicious activities, hazards, safety concerns, and unauthorized persons.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and designated areas.
• Coordinate with local emergency responders and site management as needed.
• Monitor surveillance systems and access control platforms when assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid California Guard Card
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to utilize security technology systems.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in stressful situations.
