$1,000 sign‑on bonus after 90 days.

We are hiring a skilled Property Maintenance Specialist to support our luxury homes throughout Los Angeles and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will be the go‑to expert for repairs, preventative maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and smart‑home systems. You will work closely with inspectors and vendors to ensure every property meets our brand standards. Company vehicle and professional tools are provided.

• Complete day‑to‑day repairs and preventative maintenance across multiple luxury properties.
• Replace filters, bulbs, batteries; maintain BBQ areas and exterior features.
• Patch, prep, and paint surfaces as needed.
• Support general interior and exterior upkeep including minor cleaning and sanitation tasks.
• Assemble, adjust, and repair furniture and fixtures.
• Maintain pools and spa equipment, monitor water quality, clean filters, and identify damage.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Install and service TVs, audio/video systems, Wi‑Fi equipment, security devices, blinds, and remotes.
• Coordinate with inspectors and third‑party vendors to complete projects on time.
• Track materials and report issues to management.

• Minimum 3 years of property maintenance experience in residential, hotel, or property management/rentals environments.
• Strong knowledge of home systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and smart technology.
• Experience mounting TVs and troubleshooting entertainment and security systems.
• Ability to diagnose issues and recommend solutions quickly.
• Detail‑oriented with high quality and safety standards.
• Comfortable climbing ladders, lifting heavy items, and working in tight spaces.
• Strong time management and responsiveness.
• Valid California driver’s license required.

Hourly Pay: $28 to $40 per hour, depending on experience.

Monthly Bonus: performance‑based, subject to approval.

• Mileage reimbursement for company travel.
• $35 monthly phone and internet reimbursement.

5 days per week, must be available Saturday or Sunday.

Must live in the Los Angeles area. Properties are located in Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills, Encino, and Venice.
