Rolling Suds of Beverly Hills is hiring a full-time Night Shift Pressure Washing Technician to service commercial properties throughout Los Angeles. This is a hands-on, physical outdoor job and Full-time position with consistent scheduling.

• $22.00 – $25.00 per hour starting pay (based on experience)
• Performance-based wage increases available up to $27.00+ per hour
• Overtime paid in accordance with California labor laws
• Bonus opportunities

• Perform commercial pressure washing and soft washing services
• Clean sidewalks, building exteriors, parking garages, storefronts, and common areas
• Operate truck-mounted commercial equipment
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites
• Follow safety procedures and job checklists
• Maintain equipment and vehicles in clean working condition

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid California driver’s license required
• Must be insurable under company vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor
• Ability to work overnight schedule consistently
• Pressure washing or exterior cleaning experience preferred but not required
