Landscape Construction Laborer; Landscaping & Hardscape Installation

Farmscape Construction Laborer - Farmscape is hiring full time Landscape Construction Laborers for hands‑on landscape and hardscape installation work across Los Angeles. This is physical, outdoor work with consistent hours, good pay, and opportunities to learn new skills.

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, onsite hours 7:30am‑4:00pm.

Compensation: $22 - $26/hr

Status: Full time, non‑exempt

About Farmscape: Farmscape designs, installs and maintains beautiful food‑focused gardens for commercial, community and residential spaces. We are the largest venture of our kind in the country and actively manage 200 gardens across California. The Landscape Construction Laborer will:

• Assist with landscape and hardscape installation (planting, grading, paving, irrigation)
• Use a variety of tools safely (hand tools, power tools)
• Help keep equipment, tools, and vehicles clean and in good working condition for daily use
• Work well with the crew and clients
• Drive between job sites and vendors (valid driver’s license required)
• Support crews to complete high‑quality work on schedule

Qualifications:

• Have 2 years of construction, landscaping, or outdoor work experience
• Can show up on time and ready to work
• Willing to learn new skills
• Can follow directions
• Valid driver’s license

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift 75lbs
• Ability to perform physical work, lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all weather
