M-F | 8am-5pm | Contract Role | $23-24/hr
Take on a hands-on maintenance role where every day looks different. You'll support multiple apartment communities, complete essential repair tasks, and keep properties running smoothly. Perfect for a tech who enjoys variety, independence, and staying busy.

Job Description

To support multiple apartment communities with daily maintenance needs
To perform basic repairs: plumbing, electrical, HVAC support, carpentry, appliance work
To complete work orders, unit turns, and grounds upkeep
To communicate with onsite teams and maintain strong customer service
To travel reliably between locations and use your own tools on-site

Required Skills

Industry experience in apartment maintenance
Reliable transportation to float between sites
Ability to perform general repairs and maintain safety standards
Own set of basic tools
Strong communication and time-management skills

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting multiple properties
Familiarity with common PM software (Yardi, Onesite, Entrata, etc.)
