You willberesponsible forthe maintenance, repair, and operation of building systems and equipment. This role ensures thatourfacilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Youwill troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
• Install, repair, andmaintainfacility fixtures, furniture, and appliances as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies
• Conduct general repairs such as painting, carpentry, and minor plumbing or electrical work
• Monitor andmaintaininventory of supplies and maintenance tools
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or upgrades
• Assistin setting up andmaintainingsecurity systems, fire alarms, and emergency response equipment
• Document maintenance activities and report any major repair needs to management
• Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives within the facility
• Participate in emergency preparedness and response activities

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in facilities maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred
• 1+ years of experience in facility maintenance, construction, or a related field
• Knowledge of building systems, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC operations
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Basic computer skills for work order management and reporting
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects up to 25lbsunassisted , work at heights, and perform tasks in various weather conditions
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and emergency on-call shifts

• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks such as bending or twisting, grasping, standing, lifting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, carrying, and use hands tooperatetools or machine controls
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

• Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing (e.g., EPA 608, OSHA 10/30, or similar)
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Familiarity with safety procedures and regulatory compliance (OSHA, ADA, NFPA)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment

• Hourly pay range for this non-exempt role is $25 - $30 + equity in the company
