Ascendant Roofing & Solar installs premium roofing and solar systems throughout Southern California, including integrated products such as the Tesla Solar Roof. We are building a specialized crew focused on high-quality installations, safety, and advanced training.
We are looking for experienced solar installers who also have roofing experience and want to grow into
Position OverviewWe are hiring skilled solar installers with roofing experience who can quickly learn and perform Tesla Solar Roof installation techniques
.
Candidates with prior Solar Roof experience are strongly preferred.
This position is ideal for installers who want to work on high-end systems and develop advanced installation skills.
Responsibilities- Install residential solar systems (roof-mounted preferred)
- Assist with installation of Tesla Solar Roof systems
- Perform roofing work related to solar installation
- Follow detailed installation procedures and safety standards
- Work efficiently as part of a trained crew
- Maintain clean, safe job sites
- Communicate with crew leads and project managers
- Minimum 2 years solar installation experience
- Roofing experience required
- Comfortable working on roofs and at height
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Solar + roofing combined experience
- OSHA certification
- Electrical / conduit experience
- Crew lead experience
- Training on Tesla Solar Roof installation
